The current Nepal has entered a period of severe instability. In this way, in the last one-and-a-half decade, no government of Nepal could complete its term, but K.P. No other Prime Minister's government has eaten as much as the government of Sharma Oli has eaten. Presently Nepal's President Vidyadevi Bhandari has dissolved the Parliament on the recommendation of the Oli Cabinet and announced new elections in November. After this announcement, all political parties in Nepal should have been preparing for the election, but this did not happen. Now all the opposing parties are opposing the dissolution of Parliament. They are calling this the unconstitutional step of the President. They are asking the Supreme Court of Nepal to revive the Parliament.

Now look at the court
The Supreme Court of Nepal has resurrected this dissolved parliament once in February. The Nepali parliament was dissolved on 20 December by President Bhandari. It was dissolved because he received only 93 votes in favor of the motion of confidence that Prime Minister Oli had brought in Parliament, while 124 votes against him. The ruling Nepalese split into the Communist Party. 28 members of his rival 'Prachanda-Kheme' boycotted the vote despite the whip. 32 members of the Janata Samajwadi Party were also divided among themselves. There was not a single party in the 275-member parliament that had a majority. The largest party after the joint Maoist Communist Party of Oli and Prachanda was the Nepali Congress, which had 61 members. On behalf of the President, opposing parties were given the opportunity to form the government, instead they dissolved the parliament and announced the election in April-May 2021 on the advice of the loser Prime Minister Oli. This declaration was declared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court and Oli again settled in his chair. But he could not prove his majority in a month. Meanwhile, there was a mutual understanding between Prachanda's Maoists and the Nepali Congress. He claimed to have formed the government. Nepali Congress leader Sher Bahadur Deuba gave the President a list of his supporters MPs, there were 149 names but the list that Oli presented was 153 names. Both lists were controversial. Both parties had claimed their respective majorities. The President had given 21 hours for this work. If she wanted, she could have all the members paraded in front of her or get their signatures checked, but she again dissolved the parliament and announced the elections.

Now everyone's eyes are on the Supreme Court. If the Parliament is re-established, the Nepali Congress, Maoists and Socialists will form their government together. But I do not know how much time the Supreme Court will take to pronounce its verdict. Meanwhile, the leaders of the opposition parties, including five former Prime Ministers, have announced that they are going to the court, apart from this they will also launch a massive mass movement. They will expose the collusion of Vidya Bhandari and Oli.

Clearly, now the politics of ideology in Nepal will be shoved under the carpet. Parties that were known enemies of each other will now mingle. If a coalition government of these parties is formed, then how many days will that alliance last? Their government will be formed then. The first question is whether elections will be held in November or not? Oli got seated for six months. Opponents suspect that they will misuse the Election Commission as well, as Oli has tilted the President towards him. As the caretaker prime minister, Oli would make a pompous promise to keep the Nepali masses alive and hang a variety of nicks in front of the voters.

This time of the next six months can also prove to be extremely frightening for Nepal. The Corona epidemic is spreading badly. Nepal's ability to compete with it is negligible. India had helped Nepal the most last year, but India itself is suffering from medicines, injections and vaccines. How will Ollie's lame government combat this national disaster? Strong opposition will always be ready to pull his leg. May have to postpone elections.

If the Parliament is not able to stand again, both Corona and the people's movement will run together. In such a situation, it is not impossible that Oli once again become a refugee of China. He created a border dispute with India last year to outwit his opponents and proclaim himself to be a great nationalist. The female ambassador to China had become his guide and mediator. Oli had sometimes tried to express himself in a suppressed tongue and sometimes openly to the Maoists more than the Chinese. The reception of Chinese leaders in Kathmandu at the time of the Galvan Valley-dispute itself was revealing some message. Now Oli would not be surprised if he beheaded China in the Corona-War.

Neutral attitude
Despite Ollie's provocative behavior, India's balanced process had the right effect. Nepal honorably welcomed the Indian commander and foreign secretary in Kathmandu. Nepali Foreign Minister Pradeep Gianwali came to India and he spoke Priyankar. India has to be very careful at this time. The anti-India pantheons of Nepali leaders have to be ignored as electoral helplessness. The internal politics of Nepal is so entangled at the moment that India should look neutral at this time, that is good. Yes, as far as the assistance of Nepali people is concerned, India will have to stay ahead of any country.
