Raipur SSP Ajay Yadav said that we have given notice to Sambit Patra for the second time. He has been asked to attend a video conference or body, but is asking for some more time to appear. The last time Raipur Police gave notice to Sambit Patra to appear on 23 May.
Sambit Patra and Raman Singh were asked to appear at the Civil Line Police Station, Raipur at 4 pm on 23 May. But both did not reach. The next day Raipur Police went to Raman Singh's house and questioned him. SHO RK Mishra of Raipur Civil Line Police Station said that a case was registered against BJP National Vice President Raman Singh and Spokesman Sambit Patra. Both have been issued notices for investigation.

Sources are telling that if the concerned Patra is not present then Raipur Police can go to Delhi.
