Human Rights Commission issued notice
Meanwhile, the National Human Rights Commission has issued notices to the governments of Delhi, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh against allegations of farmers not adhering to the Kovid protection rules protesting near Delhi against agricultural laws.

United Kisan Morcha has appealed to all citizens to celebrate 'Black Day' by waving black flag from their homes, vehicles and other places. Farmer leaders said that on Wednesday, farmers should wear black turban and black chunni. A farmer leader Kulwant Singh said that he would put black flags on every border.

Delhi HC refuses to hear
The Delhi High Court on Tuesday refused to look into the issue of the proposed march on May 26 in the national capital of farmers. A verbal appeal was made to the court to stop the farmers from moving towards Delhi's borders and to order the police to implement the guidelines of Kovid-19.
