The number of vaccination centers is being increased in Gautam Buddha Nagar to reduce the hassle of getting long lines and stalls for getting vaccinations. Till now the vaccine was being installed at 56 centers. Now 22 centers have been marked. In these, corona vaccine has been started under drive through at 10 centers. The rest of the centers are also being gradually updated on the Kovin portal. Corona vaccine will be started in all these centers in a day or two.
10474 people got vaccinated
The corona vaccine was installed at 65 locations in the district on Tuesday. The first vaccine dose was given to 8586 people aged 18–44 years. For the first time, 18-44-year-olds in the district got such a dose in one day. 349 people over 60 years have received their first dose. 103 people have received the second dose. 1097 people aged 45–59 years received the first dose of vaccine and 355 received the second dose.
