There is news of relief for the treatment of patients of black fungus admitted in hospitals of Gautam Budh Nagar district in UP. Now the Timardars will not have to go to Meerut for the injections used in the treatment of this disease. The district health department has received 100 injections from the government. Till now, a three-member committee constituted from the government level for the district, used to provide injections to the relatives of the patients.
For the first time, the District Health Department has received injections for the treatment of black fungus patients in the district. This time, on the demand of the Health Department, the government has provided 100 injections in the district. Earlier, injections were sent from the government to the committee formed in Meerut. The relatives of the patient used to go to Meerut to take medicines from the committee after writing a letter from the CMO. The committee also used to verify on its behalf before giving the injection.
Now for the first time, the health department has directly received injections. But before giving this injection to the department, the committee will have to take permission from the committee made in Meerut. CMO doctor Deepak Ohri said that 500 doses were sought from the government for treatment of black fungus, out of which 100 injections have been received from the government. More injections will be available in future as needed.

Who can get black fungus?

If any symptoms of black fungus are seen, then immediately show it to the government hospital or any other specialist doctor. See a nose, ear, throat, eye, medicine, chest or plastic surgeon immediately so that early treatment can begin.
Precautions
Never start steroid medicine on your own or on the advice of non-specialist doctors, friends, friends, relatives.
- There may be side effects of giving steroids in the first 5 to 7 days of symptoms. Do not start steroids when the disease starts. This can aggravate the disease.
- Expert doctors use steroids for only 5 to 10 days for some patients, that too only for serious patients 5 to 7 days after the onset of the disease. Before this a lot of investigation has to be done.
At the start of treatment, ask the doctor if these medicines do not contain steroids, if they are, why are these medicines being given to me.
